DEF: A room where actors hang out and relax. Actors with long waits between stage times waited in the Green Room (closer to stage than dressing rooms)... maybe named for the lime burned in spotlights in early theatrical lighting (see also "Limelight"). Actors blinded by limelight were led to the Green Room off stage until their eyesight returned. Essentially, this is a place to chill out and clear your vision before heading into your next performance.
It's not so much that this blog is dead. Rather, most of what I imagined would happen here has moved to the message boards, where there are amble threads to chat about. I'll figure out what to do with this space soon enough -- revamp or put it out of its misery.
